To force the Startup Options dialog to be displayed again, hold down the Option key while launching Starcraft.  Just remember:  the “option” key for the “Options” dialog.

Click OK to play Starcraft, or Cancel to return to the Startup Options dialog.

Startup Options won’t be shown again.
